Børnehuset Espergærde opened in 2023 and is a children's house that we are building together around a strong pedagogical vision. Our professional foundation rests on nature and outdoor life, combined with a professional approach supported by the new child perspective and neuroeducation. This means that we meet each child with curiosity and an understanding of who they are and what prerequisites they have to participate in the community.

Now we are seeking an educator for our kindergarten section who wishes to be an active part of our continued development.

For us, nature is a learning space

The forest, the playgrounds, Flynderupgård and the local area are a natural part of our everyday life. We use the many outdoor opportunities outside the building to strengthen the children’s social skills, independence, curiosity and sense of adventure.

When children climb on fallen logs, help each other on a hike or explore small creatures in the forest floor, valuable learning moments arise, which we support with our expertise.

We believe that children do well when they can

Based on the new child perspective, we work purposefully to ensure that all children are seen, understood and met with respect for their individual needs. We are focused on creating participation opportunities for all children and on supporting strong children’s communities where there is room for diversity.

• Are a trained educator and preferably with experience from the kindergarten environment.

The position is, in principle, 37 hours and starts 1 January 2027.
