We are seeking a committed, present and play-loving pedagogue for our nursery. The position is 30-37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027.

Who are we?

Æblehuset is an integrated 0-6 year institution with 50 children distributed across two nursery groups and a kindergarten group.

We are part of Dagtilbud Vest, which consists of nine kindergartens, resource groups, pedagogical advisors and a shared day-care manager. At the same time we have our own pedagogical leader in the house, which ensures close leadership.

Our pedagogical foundation

In Æblehuset we value diversity and community. We meet each child as a unique individual while consciously working to support positive child communities and safe relationships.

Our pedagogical practice is built on presence, reflection and professionalism. The child groups are often divided into smaller play- and activity groups, and we consciously work to create good play- and learning environments both indoors and outdoors.

Our shared pedagogical foundation is built on five central building blocks: Solidarity, mastery, formation, curiosity and joy.

We collaborate closely across the house and particularly emphasize the safe transition from nursery to kindergarten.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is professionally grounded and can create inspiring play- and learning environments.
• Has an eye for the child perspective and can plan everyday life based on the children's needs, interests and the pedagogical curriculum.
• Meets children, parents and colleagues with recognition, empathy and professionalism.
• Works from a resource perspective and sees both the individual child's and the community's strengths and potential.
• Is present, clear and relationally strong
• Participates actively in the children's play and is aware of the play's importance for children's well-being, development and formation
• Can maintain focus on the core task.
• Is flexible, proactive and able to adapt in a often busy and unpredictable everyday life.
• Has knowledge of ICDP and the Security Circle (Tryghedscirklen) or a desire for training here.
• Prioritizes close and trust-based parent collaboration, where you are conscious of your responsibility for the cooperation.
• Is a team player who contributes positively to the community
