Educator for SFO at Toftlund District School - (re-advertisement)

An SFO, where play and learning always go hand in hand. If you think like that – and can act accordingly – you are a perfect fit for our SFO. We now have a permanent position as pedagogue at Toftlund School.

Your hours will mainly be in the SFO with a few hours in the school part. We work every day to ensure that our SFO children develop socially and personally. We know this best happens in close professional teamwork, where we continuously discuss how, through the best didactics and inspiring learning environments, we can create activities that develop the children’s social and relational competencies. You will become part of an ambitious SFO team.

We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about movement activities and has good relational skills in interaction with the children, colleagues and parents, and who can keep an overview in pressured situations. You take initiative and can make relevant pedagogical initiatives in relation to the individual child and the large group of children.

Your team is also quite glad to have you with the meetings, as you take responsibility from day one and contribute with your professional expertise, where you can connect pedagogical theory with practice and the reality the children are in and not least can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities.

Toftlund SFO is part of Toftlund District School. We have children from 0 to 4th grade, and together with Agerskov School/SFO and the special school Høllevang, form the northern school/SFO district in Tønder Municipality.

The position is a permanent full-time role, and we expect you to start on 1 January 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter. Note that you must be able to meet at times when public transport is not available

Salary is according to the current collective agreement and personal qualifications and placement in the pay scale depend on experience, competence and relevant education.
