Pedagogical staff to support football activities in Holbæk

Would you use your professional expertise to help a young man participate in football and the community around the team? We are seeking a pedagogue, a social and health care assistant, or another employee with relevant professional education for a 19-year-old young man.

About the assignment

You pick up the young man at home and accompany him to football, either by driving him or by taking Flextrafik together with him. You support him in participating in the training and the camaraderie around the team.

He is calm and introverted and has a disability with cognitive and social challenges, which means he needs clarity and structure. Your task is to create a clear, structured progression from pickup to football training and help him understand and navigate social situations along the way.

With a calm approach and clear guidance you adapt the support to his prerequisites and daily form.

About you

You are trained as a pedagogue or a social and health care assistant. You may also have another relevant professional education and experience with pedagogical support, for example from the special needs sector or psychiatry.

You have experience with people with special needs and can translate your professional knowledge into concrete support in social interaction.

It is an advantage if you speak Arabic.

Working hours

The position is 3 hours per week with fixed hours on Tuesday from 15:00–18:00.
