We are looking for a dedicated, curious and present-focused pedagogue for our nursery – a colleague who is passionate about creating safe, developing and meaningful days for the children together with us.

Who are we? Åsagergård is a self-governing institution and part of Børnehuset Karlslunde Strand and is a house where we know each other well. Here there should be room for both professional discussions, different perspectives and a good laugh during the day. We help each other when it is busy, and we value colleagues who contribute with what they see, think and wonder about.

You will become part of our nursery and meet children who are curious, happy to be outside, focused on play, movement and small trips in the local area. They are children who like adults who have time to be close, follow their initiatives and create calm and security – even in a everyday life with fly coats, meals, nappings and many small and big emotions.

Your future colleagues are diverse in both experience and in what they are each particularly focused on pedagogically, and they see that as a strength.

What do we hope you will bring? We hope first and foremost that you want nursery life and to create good, safe days together with the children. You should be able to see the value in the small moments: the contact on the changing table, a child who for the first time dares to let go of the hand, play on the floor or the little trip out of the house.

Professionally we are looking for a pedagogue who can reflect on their practice and put into words their choices. You may also challenge us when you see something we could do differently. The most important thing is that you meet children, parents and colleagues with warmth, curiosity and respect.

You will receive a salary according to the collective agreement.
