We are looking for a Partner with passion and experience within the public sector and organizational transformation

Carve Consulting is growing, and we are now seeking an experienced consulting profile with deep insight into the public sector and documented experience with sales and delivery of larger projects. As a Partner at Carve you will be a central driver in expanding and further developing our position within the public sector.

You have a background from a larger consulting firm and have worked with strategic, digital and organizational transformations. You can identify new business opportunities, drive sales dialogues and act as a 'trusted advisor' for leaders and top managers in the public sector. At the same time you thrive in a company with strong values, high professionalism and an informal work environment.

About the job

As a Partner in Carve Consulting you will be responsible for

• Identify, develop and drive larger consulting projects in the public sector
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at director- and head-of-office level
• Participate in strategic business development and development of our services
• Contribute to the partnership and be an active part of our community and culture
• Lead complex tasks – e.g., transformation, program management, digitalization, analysis and organizational development – in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams

We imagine that you

• Have solid experience from the consulting industry and have worked at Manager, Director or Partner level
• Have extensive knowledge of the public sector and a strong network in central administration, the university world or other key sectors in the public sector
• Have documented experience with selling and delivering larger, complex projects
• Understand political-administrative processes and can translate them into relevant solutions for our clients
• Thrives in the interplay between strategy, technology, processes and people
• Are a strong communicator and relationship-builder – both internally and externally
• Think strategically and act operationally – you create momentum and value
• Want to influence the direction for Carve's continued development and help shape a business with strong values and high professionalism
