Partner Support Specialist

We are now seeking an ambitious and service-minded colleague for our Partner Support team in Copenhagen or Odense.

This is a role for you if you thrive in a digital environment where technical understanding, communication and structure go hand in hand.

Your tasks

As a Partner Support Specialist you will be an important part of our Operations team and have touchpoints across the entire company.

You provide central support to our partner and customer service, and help ensure that our partners receive a professional, efficient and welcoming experience.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Coordinate capacity and quality tasks in collaboration with the entire Operations team
• Support Key Account Managers with data and partner follow-up
• Handling and follow-up of closed partner leads
• Collaborate with customer service on issues such as finance and public matters

About you

We imagine that you

• Are structured, service-minded and proactive
• Have a technical flair and thrive with digital systems and Google Workspace
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at once
• Are motivated by a fast pace, responsibility and collaboration

Experience from sales and customer service, or a similar support role is a plus, but most important is your curiosity, sense of responsibility and ability to learn quickly.
