Parts Clerk - with an eye for service, structure and good collaboration

Do you want a versatile workday where you work with spare parts, purchasing, warehouse management and service to your colleagues? Then you can become an important part of the spare parts warehouse at SAWO in Støvring.

We are looking for an engaged and service-minded employee to our good team in the spare parts warehouse. Here you get a central role in daily life, where you help ensure that our installers have the right spare parts available at the right time.

The position suits well for you who thrive with responsibility, can keep an overview and take pride that both the warehouse and workflows function.

A versatile daily routine with responsibility

You will work closely with both your colleagues in the warehouse and our installers. Your tasks will include:

• Service and servicing of our installers
• Planning and procurement of spare parts
• Replenishment and ongoing maintenance of the warehouse
• Receiving, unpacking and registering goods
• Picking, packing and shipping
• Other general warehouse and logistics tasks

You will have a day-to-day with both fixed routines and tasks that require you to think independently and find good solutions when the need arises.

Who are you?

• Have a good sense of order and work in a structured way
• Can keep an overview - even when it is busy
• Take responsibility and work independently
• Are solution-oriented, approachable and helpful
• Communicate well and contribute with good humor
• Are familiar with IT and have a knack for numbers
• Have a driver's license for a passenger car and a forklift certificate

It is a big advantage if you have previously worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision , but it is not a prerequisite.

You do not need to know all SAWO's products in advance. You will be trained locally through both practical demonstrations and joint training, so you get the necessary product knowledge to succeed in the job.
