🚗 PARTS SALES CLERK – CAN YOU BOTH FIND THE PART AND SELL IT?

We are looking for two spare parts clerks who have a handle on cars and spare parts – but who also know that work doesn't stop when the right part number has been found.

You must be able to answer the phone, understand what the customer needs, find the right part in the system and bring the sale to completion.

🔧 YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW SPARE PARTS

We are not looking for a profile that has to start from scratch.

You could, for example, come from auto dismantling, spare parts sales or the mechanical trades , where you have worked extensively with spare parts.

But experience with cars alone is not enough.

You must also have experience with sales and customer service , as you will be dealing with customers yourself, identifying their needs and handling the sale.

If you are a mechanic but have never worked with sales or customer service , this is therefore not the position we are looking for you to fill.

💻 PARTSLINK24 SHOULD NOT SCARE YOU

You will be working with Partslink24 as well as a newer system that resembles it .

If you have already worked in Partslink24, that is of course a big plus. Otherwise we expect you to be IT-savvy and have experience with digital spare-parts catalogs and systems , so you can quickly navigate.

In short, we are looking for a profile who can combine

Spare parts + sales/customer service + IT.

🛠️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Sales and processing of spare parts
• Telephone and in-person customer service
• Identification and search for the right parts
• Order processing and follow-up
• Work in Partslink24 and other IT systems
• Collaboration around cars, warehouse and spare parts

The position starts as a combined role , where you work with both spare parts, sales and customer service.

When you have settled well into the job, the plan in due course is to divide the functions more so the role becomes more specialized.

💰 FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT

This is a full-time position , and the salary is negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

The most important thing is that you bring the necessary experience and can come in and contribute from the start.
