To be considered for the merit-based pedagogue education you must

• have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• be at least 25 years old
• be able to work at least 35 hours per week during the study

After 2½ years you will have a professional bachelor’s degree in pedagogy and the possibility of permanent employment under the pedagogue agreement.

About us

Børnehuset Badutski is an integrated day-care facility in the heart of Vesterbro, spread over two sites 100 meters apart. We are normed for 56 toddlers and 74 preschool children. We place emphasis on a strong sense of teamwork, where we help each other across both houses – and where group and team organization go hand in hand.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Before appointment we collect references as well as child and criminal records checks. The position has a weekly working time of 35-37 hours.
