Pedagogical Assistants for Gården

At Gården we work as a team - do you want to join?

We are looking for pedagogical assistants who want to become part of the everyday life in our kindergarten and nursery.

With us, children are not just part of the everyday life. They are the reason we go to work.

The Buskelund day care institution is one of 14 day care institutions in Silkeborg Municipality and is located in northwestern Silkeborg. We consist of four nurseries: Højen, Højgården, Eventyrhuset and Gården, with a total of about 100 employees.

We work from a child-centered perspective where all children have value in themselves and should experience being a meaningful part of the community. Therefore we are attentive to what the children call for, and how we as adults best can meet their needs. It is a joint task that we help each other to hold on to, even when everyday life gets busy.

It matters who you are as a colleague

At Gården we help each other, share our thoughts and are curious about our own and each other’s practice. Here you may say: “I actually don’t know” or “I need help.” We believe that we become better together, and that it is a shared responsibility to create good days for the children.

We therefore hope that you

• Want to actively contribute to the collaboration and our shared view of children
• Take initiative and raise your hand when you see that a hand is needed
• Want to come down to the floor, play with the children and be curious about their perspectives
• Dare to lead the way and be a good role model for the children
• Are open to learning new things and can ask for help when you need it

What you’ll get with us

You will become part of a kindergarten with a good atmosphere, engaged colleagues and room for both professional development, laughter and questions. You will have colleagues who are happy to help and who expect that we together take responsibility for the most important task we have: the children's well-being, development and participation in the community.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and local pay formation agreement.

You do not need to know it all from day one. But you should be willing to be part of it all.

Does that sound like a place for you? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
