Educator for the Kindergarten House in Klovborg is sought as of January 1, 2027

Maybe you are exactly who we need in our fantastic team, which consists of 2 educators, where one is you, 2 pedagogical assistants, 1 teaching assistant, 1 resource educator for about 13 hours and a language tower, which is shared with our other units.

Who we are

Currently we have 22 lovely preschool children who are waiting to get to know you.

Although we are a small house, we are a house with many resources in the form of a very high level of professionalism, an active board and a parent group, which in cooperation with the staff, works to create the best conditions for the children.

We are located in scenic surroundings that invite many play and activity. For us it is important that the children become acquainted with different nature experiences. In this connection we have for several years received the Green and the Blue Flag from the “Green Sprouts” organization.

As professional adults we know that presence, positive relationships, the experience of safety and recognition bring out the best in all children and adults. We believe that professional discussions are an important element in continuously refining our pedagogical environments. Our pedagogical approach is built on “we educate ourselves together.” We want the child’s and the staff’s resources and meaningful relationships to be highlighted in everything we do in our daily life.

We meet every 14 days, where we focus on joint reflections over activities and brief observations in the daily life of the children’s group.

We have an expectation that you are

• A trained educator, professionally hungry and are you interested in working with children aged 3-6 years?
• A person who makes an effort to capture the children’s perspective and listens to their voice so that they experience self-esteem and feel important in their own daily life in the institution?
• A person who knows something about nature, outdoor life and science?
• Is a playful being and dares to put yourself into play when we offer aesthetic activities?
• Continuously interested in developing your professional approach and knowledge, so that the approach to our children always builds on evidenced-based professionalism?
• Willing to engage in close collaboration with the other colleagues in the kindergarten and the children’s parents, as well as our external partners?

Salary and employment terms
