Pedagogue sought for a collectively run nursery

Røde Rose 1 seeks a pedagogue for a collectively led nursery,

32 hours per week.

Røde Rose 1 is an independent, collectively led nursery, with 25 children distributed over three rooms with a staff composition normed to 6 educators/leaders, 3 assistant educators/students and an organic kitchen assistant.

Our small, cozy nursery is located on Nørrebro and housed on the 1st floor at Jagtvej. We have direct access to our wonderful rooftop playground at jem og fix, which includes the city\'s best grassy area, a greenhouse, a sensory garden, a slide, a sandbox, planter boxes and much more, where there is room for play and immersion. In addition, we have a small allotment garden in ByOasen that we enjoy together with the children.

Røde Rose 1 is a house where children have a lot of room to grow, experience influence, and good strong relationships with all the children and adults in the house. We work primarily in small groups, so we can more easily sense the children, and give them the security and support they need for the rewarding day, as every day is different. Since we are a small house, we also work a lot across the rooms and see the house as a whole and have a close, committed collegial collaboration. In the nursery we maintain a good tone. We speak kindly to each other, we don\'t scold and we value humor highly.

In Røde Rose 1 we place professionalism high and have a close collaboration around each individual child. Care, presence, recognition and relational work are the nursery\'s keywords in daily life.

We have an engaged parent group, close parent collaboration and focus on the daily close dialogue with the parents about the child. We, among other things, visit homes to create a better understanding framework and coherence between the nursery and home.

The collective leadership form provides a unique opportunity to combine management and pedagogical practice, and to have influence on everyday pedagogy in accordance with Røde Rose\'s values. We expect you to be initiative-taking and participate in the collective leadership and the areas of responsibility that come with it.

In Røde Rose 1 you are employed as both educator and leader. This means that you as an employee will carry a large leadership responsibility, but it is not a responsibility you will bear alone. Whether the tasks are practical, pedagogical, or managerial, we all help each other. And with this responsibility come also opportunities to create a wonderful workplace with the pedagogical approach we collectively wish to highlight.
