Pedagogue sought for Hadsten's coziest kindergarten

Educator sought for music, science and rosy cheeks in Hadsten's coziest villa

Can you make children sing louder, wonder more and laugh more often? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

At Hadsten Kindergarten we are looking for an educator who is passionate about presence, relationships and children's curiosity. With us, a ladybird can spark the day's most important conversation, a puddle can develop into a science project, and a song can bring a whole community together.

We are a dedicated Music and Science House, where we explore the world with the children every day. We sing, we experiment, we explore, we move and we wonder. Not because we have to have all the answers, but because we love exploring together. Who are we?

Hadsten Kindergarten is a small, independent gem with room for 50 children. Our everyday life takes place in a beautiful, three-story patrician villa in the eastern part of Hadsten, where homely surroundings, presence and community go hand in hand with high professionalism.

Although our rooms are spread over two floors, we work as one house. Children and adults meet across daily life, and the community extends far beyond the individual rooms. We help each other, inspire each other and together create a safe and cohesive everyday life for all children.

Outside awaits our almost brand-new playground, which has quickly become a natural gathering point for play, movement and adventure. Surrounded by tall trees and lush planting, it provides space for both wild running, investigative science projects, imaginative role-play and quiet moments in nature's presence.

Professionalism is our foundation, but the children's perspectives are our compass. We work structurally with themes that support the strengthened pedagogical curriculum, and we prioritise well-being, inclusion and strong communities in everything we do. With us you will get

• A professionally strong and engaged collegial community
• High degree of influence and shared responsibility
• Focus on job satisfaction, humor and good relationships
• Opportunity for ongoing professional development
• A clear pedagogical direction with room for your ideas
• A close and positive collaboration with engaged and resourceful parents
• A workplace where community matters, for both children and adults

We dream of a colleague who

• Meets children with engagement, energy and enthusiasm
• Is curious about their own and others' practice and dares to reflect on it
• Has an appreciative, inclusive and resource-oriented approach
• Is proactive, playful and strong in relationship work
• Wants to bring music, movement, outdoor life or science into everyday life
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Contributes actively to the community and the good atmosphere

Could it be you?

So please come by and feel the vibe. We are happy to show you our house and tell you about daily life at Hadsten Kindergarten. Would you like to know more?
