AI Business Solutions

In AI Business Solutions you will be part of one of Denmark's largest departments in the field. Here we help our customers embed AI, data and automation directly into their business processes, so they become more robust, intelligent and future-proof. We combine Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Data & Analytics and Microsoft 365 with agent AI, advanced analytics and strong security and continuity practices. Across CRM, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service we deliver solutions that:

Your role as People Lead

You create the framework for employees to thrive and develop, but the role is about much more than classical people management. You are responsible for the team's capacity, performance, budget attainment and continued growth. Together with the rest of the management you ensure that the right competencies are available, that employees are allocated to the right tasks, and that the team develops in line with the business's ambitions.

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of consultants and specialists and create high well-being, engagement and performance.
• Ensure effective staffing and allocation of the team's resources so that competencies and customer needs are matched as best as possible.
• Take responsibility for the team's budget, capacity utilization and financial results and follow up on performance and goal attainment.
• Identify the need for new competencies and drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development in the team.
• Conduct career, development and salary dialogues and support the individual employee's professional and personal development.
• Actively contribute to developing the team's professional position, culture and market growth.

At Context& we are all consultants

As People Lead you are also a consultant, where you are responsible for leading projects and ensuring deliveries to strategic customers. You participate in sales meetings and advise on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Primary Apps and Microsoft's ecosystems. You design solutions that create value, facilitate workshops and drive a shared understanding of the customer's needs. You are responsible for the quality of what is delivered and actively seek upsell opportunities. In addition, you contribute to the development of Context&'s solutions, so they are always tailored and of the highest quality.

What kind of attributes do we expect you to have?

• In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and Power Platform
• Consulting experience and the ability to manage complex Dynamics 365 CE projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience managing consulting teams
• Understanding of how technology and business interrelate
