Frit Valg Svane Pleje is seeking a social and health care helper or a social and health care assistant for night shift in a 7/7 rotation in the home care at our department in Nørresundby.

We have in recent times undergone a rapid development in our working processes regarding Implementation of the new elder reform – for the benefit of colleagues and citizens. We have come a long way and wish to continue the good development. At Frit Valg Svane Pleje we work in cross-daily teams to strengthen collaboration between colleagues and create the right focus and sparring on our citizens' care trajectories.

We are looking for a colleague who can work independently, take responsibility and provide the best care for our citizens. We offer a permanent night shift position, running in a 7/7 rotation with fixed shifts starting at 23:00 and ending at 07:00, with every other weekend on duty. The work mainly consists of care and practical assistance to our citizens, and you will have your own route with fixed citizens.

The tasks are varied, but can be summarized as

· Basic care and nursing tasks

· Practical and personal care of the citizen, supporting the citizen in maintaining their dignity and creating joy in life

· Observation, testing and screening of citizens for early detection and nursing care

· Cooperation with citizens, colleagues and external municipal partners

· Documentation in the care system Cura

You will become part of a team of assistants, helpers and relief workers overlapping with the evening shifts. We work value-based and are motivated by involvement and influence. We put the citizen at the centre and focus on giving each citizen the opportunity to live a dignified life with well-being and joy.

Your primary workplace is in Nørresundby, where you report for your route. A Class B driving license is required, as our routes are exclusively by car. At the address there is the possibility to borrow one of our company cars, which is available to you.
