Permanent temps for Næsbygruppen

About Næsbygruppen

Næsbygruppen is a home care team consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, occupational and physiotherapists, SOSU students, permanent temporary staff, as well as an office assistant. Næsbygruppen's management currently consists of a Rehabilitation Lead and an Assistant Rehabilitation Lead.

Since spring 2024, fixed cross-disciplinary teams have been implemented throughout Næsbygruppen – we have four fixed cross-disciplinary teams, with all disciplines represented in each team. Working in fixed cross-disciplinary teams raises professionalism, well-being, and not least the quality of the core task. There is also increased security and continuity for our citizens, as it is the same staff who visit the homes.

As a fixed temp hire, you will, in principle, be attached to two fixed cross-disciplinary teams, consisting of social- and health care assistants, nurses and therapists. You will therefore gain good familiarity with both the team and the citizens.

Næsbygruppen's client group require home care due to a physical functional limitation. We therefore offer home care, nursing, and rehabilitation to citizens who can manage their own health interests. We work from the principles of a rehabilitative approach, as the goal is for citizens to achieve the greatest possible independence in their daily lives despite their physical limitations.

About the position

We are seeking permanent temporary staff to start as soon as possible. You will work exclusively day shifts - primarily in the time window 07:00-13:00, though there may be shifts from 07:00-15:00 – shifts are distributed across both weekdays and weekends, including holidays.

You will receive 5 introduction days – these should preferably be consecutive and take place on weekdays. You will also be required to complete a transfer/ mobility course – this also takes place on weekdays.

Salary and employment terms

The position is paid in accordance with the applicable collective agreement depending on experience and qualifications. The expected salary level will be communicated prior to any interview.

You will be employed under Protocol 1 in accordance with the Working Time Agreement 79.01.
