Physiotherapist with an interest in spine- and cancer rehabilitation and breast cancer sought

We are looking for a physiotherapist with an interest in and preferably experience in both the back area and cancer rehabilitation, including breast cancer. You will become part of two professionally strong teams, which together undertake, develop and quality assure the work in these areas.

In the back group we meet a broad target audience and we would like you to have an interest in or experience with working with citizens from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The back group currently focuses on the development and implementation of CFT (Cognitive Functional Therapy).

In the cancer area we provide rehabilitation before, during and after cancer treatment as well as for late effects, including programs for citizens with breast cancer. The effort is based on the individual's needs and resources and takes place in close interdisciplinary collaboration.

In the groups we highly prioritize professional sparring and knowledge sharing. Therefore we hold regular conferences focused on shared reflection, development and exchange of competencies.

Your tasks

You must be able to

• Conduct examinations, assessments and relevant tests of patients
• Develop individualized training programs and action plans
• Apply evidence-based knowledge and professional guidelines in practice
• Manage both group training and individual programs
• Work rehabilitatively based on each patient's resources, goals and challenges

The training takes place both in the Health Center, in the patients' homes and in their local environment.

About Rehabilitation and Reablement

Rehabilitation and Reablement is an organization in constant development. We value high professionalism, interdisciplinary collaboration and diversity as a strength. We currently have 44 occupational and physiotherapists and 3 administrative staff. We host physiotherapy students and have a clinical development function that supports professional development and quality in task execution.

We provide outpatient rehabilitation and patient-directed prevention in accordance with the Health Act, as well as training and rehabilitation initiatives under the Service Act and the Elderly Act. The citizen group spans a wide range and includes, among others, orthopedic surgical, rheumatological, neurological, medical, oncological and geriatric diagnoses and issues.
