Groundworker wanted for earthworks, construction and practical tasks in Køge

We are looking for an engaged laborer who is keen to contribute to various projects in construction and civil engineering. You will take on a role where you help keep on top of practical tasks and support the tradespeople so the work can continue without unnecessary delays. The workday can involve everything from transport and preparation to earthworks, paving and assistance with district heating. You will move around on different sites on Zealand, and therefore it is important that you are flexible and enjoy a varied workday.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Preparation of work areas and materials
• Assistance with district heating and other construction tasks
• Earthworks and assistance with excavation tasks
• Concreting, paving and garden establishment
• Transport of materials and practical assistance to craftsmen
• Machinery operation, when the task and your competencies allow it

Professional qualifications

• Driver's license and valid forklift certificate
• Trailer license for large trailer
• Experience from the construction industry or similar practical work
• Ability to speak and write Danish
• Telescopic certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement

Personal qualifications

• You show up consistently and take your tasks seriously
• You work properly and have a sense of safety
• You can adapt when plans change
• You collaborate well and maintain an overview in pressured situations
