You land in a larger VVS organization, where work with houses and projects fills a large part of daily life. The tasks are in private housing projects, and new construction is a natural part of the role. You work in pairs, so you have someone to spar with on site. There is both plumbing and ventilation around the houses, so you get a daily life with professional breadth.

The benefit of the setup is that you get freedom with responsibility without being left alone. Planning must work, but there is flexibility in how the work is approached. The company car is part of the package, and the salary is in a package where good craftsmanship is felt.

Everyday: New builds, type houses and teamwork

Your daily life On a typical task you agree the sequence on site before work begins. You follow the construction plan so the installations are ready when the next trade should proceed. When something changes, you speak up in time so the plan can be adjusted.

You will, among other things, work with

• Work with plumbing on new builds
• Lay pipes and install water supply in homes
• Install sanitary fixtures
• Work with underfloor heating
• Install and service hot water cylinders and heat pumps

There is room to plan the work with freedom under responsibility, but the agreements on site must hold. When an installation needs to be adjusted, you take care of it immediately instead of letting it slide further.

We are looking for you who can check the boxes for most things You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience with VVS work on construction
• Can work closely with a partner
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with new builds, turnkey houses, or housing projects. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and deliver properly.
