Plumber for service and dampers in Aarhus

We are looking for a plumbing and HVAC technician for service and dampers in Aarhus.

You will become part of a larger service department where plumbing/heating (VVS) features in daily work alongside other technical trades. The tasks are in commercial buildings, and you will mainly work with service visits and dampers. You usually drive out yourself, but you are not far from professional sparring when a task overlaps with other installations.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility for your own appointments and speak properly with customers. There may be an apprentice with you on some tasks, so you also need to be able to explain things calmly along the way. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the work must still be delivered professionally.

What you get Salary: 200-240 DKK per hour

Everyday: Service, dampers and own appointments

Your everyday The day starts with the service tasks that are planned in, and you set the order yourself when you drive out. Some visits are quick damper tasks, others require troubleshooting and a talk with the customer about the next steps. If something grows beyond the planned, you flag in and get the next steps in place.

You will among other things be working with

• Drive out to service tasks in commercial buildings
• Resolve dampers and smaller VVS tasks at customers
• Diagnostics on heating, water and sanitation
• Follow up with the customer when the task changes
• Take an apprentice with you and show how the work should be approached

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work. You will especially notice this in the way people take tasks seriously without making everyday life heavier than necessary.

We are looking for someone who can check many boxes You don’t have to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a plumbing and HVAC technician
• Have a driver's license
• Show up reliably and keep appointments
• Can work independently with commercial customers
• Speak properly with customers and apprentices

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service and dampers. But the most important is that you can take charge and say if something doesn’t add up.
