Plumber for service and dampers in Rødovre

We are looking for a plumbing and heating installer for service, dampers and projects in Rødovre.

You will be part of a larger VVS team, where the tasks span a wide range. The customers range from housing associations to public companies and private entities, so you encounter both fixed agreements and tasks that need to be solved quickly. The work includes both small tasks and larger projects, and you switch between service, new build, renovation and commercial tasks.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility without someone standing behind you all day. Some days you drive out on your own to get things solved. Other days you work with a partner or a crew when the task requires more hands. Freedom with responsibility is a real part of everyday life here.

What you get Salary: 230-260 DKK per hour

Colleagues: Approximately 30 employees

Agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Daily life: Service, dampers, new build and renovation

Your everyday Tasks can shift from planned service visits to dampers that need to be closed quickly. You assess the sequence yourself when you work alone, and you coordinate with a partner or crew when the task is larger. When something changes along the way, you inform in good time so the customer and the rest of the team know what’s happening.

You will, among other things, work with

• Servicing VVS installations for both existing and new customers
• Solving dampers and smaller non-urgent tasks
• Working on new builds with water, heating and sanitation
• Renovating installations in homes and businesses
• Solving VVS tasks in industry and commerce

Collegiality matters here, but you are still treated as a professional adult. If something doesn’t add up on a task, you say it aloud rather than letting it become trouble later.

We are looking for someone who can tick off most boxes You don’t have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a VVS installer
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a team
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with customers

It’s an advantage if you have previously worked with service, dampers, new builds or renovations. But the most important thing is that you can roll up your sleeves and deliver something solid.
