We need a plumbing and HVAC installer for new builds, renovations, service and dampers in Esbjerg.

You land in a plumbing and HVAC company with about 15 employees, where everyday life spans a wide range. Customers are both private and business, and tasks lie within traditional VVS work, service, renovation and new construction. There is also work with heating and sanitation, so you will use more than just the same routines every day. The work form shifts between independent tasks, pair work and team, depending on what the task requires.

You get a company car and freedom to arrange your day yourself when the task is on you. Other days you stand together with a buddy or a team, where you get things solved in the right order. Here management is close by without harassing you, so you must be able to take responsibility and say if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: 185-211 DKK per hour

Everyday: New build, renovation, service and dampers

Your everyday Some days you take smaller service and dampers yourself, other days you work on renovations or new builds with others. You must be able to switch gears between short tasks and longer processes, where other trades also must be able to come to. When the task is yours, you agree the sequence and close it properly.

You will among other things work with

• Work on new construction for the VVS part
• Resolve plumbing and HVAC tasks in renovations
• Take dampers and service tasks at customers
• Install sanitary fittings and water installations
• Service heating installations and troubleshoot when needed

Daily life works best when you say no late and don’t hand in anything half. The boss is the type who gives space, but also expects you to take responsibility for what you do.

We are looking for you who can check off most You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a plumbing and heating installer, preferably 2 years or more
• Can take service tasks independently
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have tried both new builds, renovations or service before. The most important is that you work properly and can take responsibility for the customer in front of you.
