We started our history in 2019, and since then it's only gone one way – forward. We started with a focus on organic marketing, but have since expanded our services with websites, Google Ads and now software development.

At Organic Growth we have been among the first to develop internal tools that help us and our clients in daily work. We want to be the ones leading with new, exciting ideas and testing whether there is a market for them.

Do you want to help develop tools that make marketing more effective, and at the same time work with real business problems? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

Who are you?

You are curious, proactive and motivated to learn new things. You can work independently and make decisions that contribute to the further development of our products.

Your profile would ideally look like this

• You have knowledge of GitHub and Git
• You have experience with React and Tailwind
• You have understanding of both frontend and backend technologies
• You are good at creating overview and managing your tasks
• You thrive with freedom under responsibility in a dynamic startup environment

What will you be doing?

You will become part of the development of our two existing tools – SimpleSERP and CopyBuddy. Here you will, among other things, work with:

• Resolving tickets and customer inquiries
• Development of new features and functionalities

In addition you will have the opportunity to

• Participate in the development of new, exciting tools that solve concrete problems
• Help with technical solutions and automations for our marketing clients

Tech stack

We primarily work with

• React
• Tailwind
• Next.js
• Convex

If you do not have experience with Next.js or similar frameworks, we will of course provide training.

At Organic Growth you will be part of a small, ambitious team where you get responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work closely with both developers and marketing people. You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback so you develop yourself technically and professionally.
