PFA is therefore looking for a strong technical profile who can take the academic lead on QA & Test and at the same time create increased focus and awareness across PFA. You will be a key person in the work to modernize and future-proof the test foundation, where you will be responsible for setting the technical direction and developing future test platforms, test environments and test data.

You will be responsible for developing the long-term test platform strategy and translating it into concrete initiatives in close collaboration with IT management and the rest of the organization. At the same time, you will further develop the target architecture, processes and roadmaps so that PFA's test capabilities support a modern, scalable and robust IT platform.

You will function as a trusted professional sparring partner for both management, architects and development teams and ensure close collaboration across architectural areas.

An important part of the role will also be to communicate principles and best practices so that the entire organization speaks a common language and has a common direction within QA & Test.

Your role

You will become a central driving force in the work to expand PFA's modern, scalable and efficient test setup. The role is not only about technology – but also about creating direction, overview and common practice across the organization.

• Define and implement a test platform strategy that spans both older solutions and newer cloud-native solutions
• Establish clear governance and transparency around environments, access and prioritization
• Drive modernization toward CI/CD, automated testing and shift-left principles
• Continue to ensure accessible and stable test data – including work with synthetic test data and better data management
• Close collaboration with the architecture team to make solutions more testable and decoupled
• Be a visible professional sparring partner for development teams and management

About you

You are a strong stakeholder manager with solid experience in QA and testing at enterprise level. You have worked with test and IT architecture, test platforms or test data in complex IT landscapes and understand how testing, architecture and modern development methods such as CI/CD, cloud, integrations and shift-left fit together.

You have experience with test environments in both traditional and modern setups and have either practical experience with or a strong interest in synthetic test data, data masking and data management. At the same time you thrive in a role where you both set the professional direction and drive progress through collaboration.

You naturally navigate in an organization with many stakeholders and are able to communicate complex issues simply, clearly and convincingly – both orally and in writing.
