Moment Search & Selection is recruiting on behalf of Andelskassen a private banking manager for Ribe.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a healthy and well-established department, while retaining your own client portfolio and becoming an important part of developing Andelskassen's local business.

The position can be your next leadership role or your first formal leadership role. The key is that you have the banking expertise, maturity and decisiveness needed to take on the responsibility from the start.

Become the day-to-day leader in Ribe

As private banking manager you will have direct personnel responsibility for the staff in Ribe.

You will be the leader who is close to the team's daily work and responsible for creating structure, a common direction and development.

You must be accessible to the employees, able to brainstorm on customer cases and at the same time dare to make decisions and set the direction.

Your tasks will include

• Lead, motivate and develop the staff in Ribe with a focus on well-being, professional development and performance through ongoing conversations and follow-up.
• Create structure and direction in everyday work and ensure efficient operation and compliance with the bank's processes, policies and procedures.
• Be a professional sparring partner for the team in areas such as credit, housing, financing, investment, pension and wealth.
• Take responsibility for the credit and housing area and ensure high quality in advice, documentation, risk management and compliance.
• Advise and develop your own client portfolio with a focus on private clients with more complex needs.
• Create growth and client acquisition through the team, identify new business opportunities and strengthen Andelskassen's local position in Ribe.
• Set the direction for the department's activities in close cooperation with the center director and contribute to the cross-functional management collaboration with Esbjerg.
• Ensure close collaboration with Credit, Support and the bank's other specialists, so the right expertise is brought into play.

You will also have your own client portfolio, but on a reduced scale. This ensures you still have direct client contact while having real time to be a leader.

A healthy department with local ambitions

You take over a well-run and profitable department with a strong local foundation. The ambition is therefore not to change everything, but to build on what already works.

At the same time there is potential to strengthen Andelskassen's position in Ribe. You will therefore also have an important outward-facing role, where you and the team will develop relationships with the local market.

If you already have a network in Ribe and the surrounding area, that is an advantage, but the most important is that you want to engage locally.

Who are you?

You come with a solid banking background and experience advising private clients.

You have a good understanding of credit and can ask the right questions for a case. You don't have to be the bank's heaviest credit specialist, but you must have the professional competence to take responsibility and act as a sparring partner for the team.

At the same time you have a good merchant instinct. You don't just see a client or a case – you also see opportunities to develop the relationship and create a good business for both the client and the bank.

You have the desire and ability to lead, develop and follow up with employees. Perhaps you already have experience as private banking manager, team leader or deputy head, or perhaps you are an experienced adviser who is ready to take the step into your first formal leadership role.

Your current title and previous leadership experience are not decisive. The most important is that you stand confident in yourself, can make decisions, set direction and create followership – also among employees who may have more experience than you.

You have a relevant financial or banking education and the necessary mandatory certifications. A leadership education or other relevant continuing education, for example HD, would be an advantage.

Although you become the day-to-day leader in Ribe, you are not alone. You report to Michael Bitsch Jakobsen, center director in Esbjerg, and become part of a management team with the private banking manager and the commercial manager in Esbjerg.
