About the role

You will become part of a team where customers' financial security and decisiveness are the driving force of our work.

As an advisor you help customers make good financial decisions through all life stages. Depending on your experience and interests the role may include both private customers and smaller business customers.

You meet customers with different financial needs and you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Advise on housing, pension, investments and daily finances.
• Create and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Work proactively towards both existing and new customers.
• Take basis in customers' needs, goals and wishes.
• Collaborate with specialists and commercial colleagues on the best solutions.
• Contribute to value creation across private and business areas.

Your profile

We imagine that you

• Are trained as a private advisor with several years of experience
• Are motivated by building relationships and good customer experiences.
• Want to take responsibility and develop yourself professionally.
• Can see the whole in customers' finances and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Thrive in a daily life with a high degree of independence.
• Have experience with or interest in small business customers.

The most important for us is not necessarily your current role, but your ability and desire to create value for customers and to collaborate with your colleagues.
