About the job
Are you passionate about procurement law, and would you like to help shape Denmark's future digital infrastructure? We are looking for an engaged procurement and contract lawyer who can deliver high professional quality – but who also dares to think strategically, take ownership and create results in a cross-disciplinary environment.
You will have an office in the heart of Copenhagen in a role with influence and significance for millions of users across the country.
Office for MitID You will become part of the Office for MitID, which, in partnership with the financial sector, manages MitID. You will therefore work closely with colleagues from the financial sector on a daily basis.
You will join a strong professional environment with both lawyers, UX designers and IT specialists, all passionate about driving and developing one of Denmark's most important digital solutions. With us, collaboration and professional sparring are top priorities, and we emphasize that it should be enjoyable to go to work.
If you are curious, you can read much more about us and our work at digst.dk/It-loesninger and MitID.dk .
Your tasks In the role you will be responsible for central elements in the next major MitID tender. You will need to set the direction and framework for the upcoming tender and become an active contributor.
Your tasks will include
- Plan and ensure progress of the tender in coordination with the procurement team.
- Advise project managers and stakeholders on questions of procurement law, contract terms and supplier management.
- Prepare and quality-assure material where law and business meet, including tender documents and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical experts and partners, where you become a bridge between law, technology and business.
About you Does this sound like you? We are looking for someone who has a cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur and a strong professional drive.
You will fit well in the position if you recognize yourself in one or more of the following points:
- Have experience, or a desire to gain experience, with procurement of large, complex IT contracts or critical societal solutions.
- Work in a structured and independent manner with a view to both law and business.
- Have good collaboration skills, and thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration with technical specialists, project managers and external advisers.
- Can communicate clearly and precisely – both in writing and orally.
- Thrives in a cross-disciplinary environment with many stakeholders.
