We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tender/Procurement Consultant to strengthen our client's procurement department. As a Tender/Procurement Consultant you will play a central role in the preparation and execution of tender processes, ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures, and optimize procurement strategies.

Duties

• Responsible for preparing tender documents and contracts.
• Carrying out tender processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Advice on tender/procurement legal matters and compliance.
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.
• Evaluation of received bids and preparation of recommendations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with tender processes and procurement law.
• Legal background or similar relevant education.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with public administration is an advantage.
