purchasing assistant

Do you enjoy keeping track of orders and collaborating with suppliers and colleagues?

We are looking for a dedicated purchasing assistant who helps ensure timely delivery of materials to our production.

Your primary tasks

• Procurement of steel, plates, profiles and other materials for the warehouse and production
• Obtaining prices and follow-up on orders and delivery times
• Contact with suppliers about prices, certificates and documentation
• Coordination of material requirements with sales, PTA, production and planning
• Updating prices, master data and supplier information
• Follow-up on delayed deliveries and claims
• Participation in inventory counting

About you

• You work in a structured way, follow tasks through to completion and collaborate well
• You preferably have experience with purchasing, scheduling or supplier contact
• You are proficient with IT and communicate in Danish and English
• Knowledge of technical materials, drawings and Dynamics AX is an advantage, but not a requirement
