Product Operations Partner for TV 2

TV 2's technology organization is in continued development, and we are now seeking Product Operations Partners for a newly created role.

The role is new at TV 2, and you will be one of several Product Operations Partners with responsibility for further developing our ways of working. You will play a central role in the management collaboration across technology domains and product teams, where you contribute with sparring, perspectives and constructive challenges.

You will become a central sparring partner for leaders across product, design and technology and will be responsible for translating our Product Operating Model into concrete workflows that can be felt in daily work. You focus on creating local change, but are also able to collaborate across the technology organization.

About the role

As a Product Operations Partner you work closely with domain leadership to develop and improve collaboration forms, decision pathways and practices. You help create insight into the domain's flow and friction points and contribute to the domain working more outcome-driven and with a greater focus on users.

The role combines strategic understanding with practical implementation. You help identify friction, facilitate joint solutions and ensure that new ways of working are actually adopted and create value.

Your tasks

Your tasks will be driven by where the individual domain's next development opportunity lies, and by common Product Operating Model initiatives. These tasks will often involve:

• driving the implementation and continuous improvement of product ways of working.
• ensuring collaboration, alignment and decision quality across Product, Tech and Design.
• identifying and removing organizational frictions and dependencies.
• facilitating clear decision forums with explicit inputs and outputs.
• supporting leaders and teams in working more outcome-driven.
• creating frameworks for insight into flow and delivery capability.
• contributing to the development of shared collaboration practices.

Your profile

We imagine that you have solid experience from product organizations in growth or of significant size, where cross-functional collaboration, handling of complexity and continuous improvement have been central.

You have a solid understanding of product operating models, agile and digital ways of working and know how to translate principles into practice. You thrive in the role of someone who can both challenge and support, and who can create momentum through professional legitimacy, structure and collaboration.

We emphasize that you

• have at least 5 years of experience in similar senior roles.
• have experience with product thinking, flow and delivery.
• focus on governance, but work pragmatically and close to practice.
• can work closely with leaders without taking over their responsibilities.
• can facilitate disagreement constructively and help the leadership team find common ground.
• are able to challenge what does not create value.

We also imagine that you have experience with AI to solve your tasks and considerations about how AI can be incorporated into product ways of working.
