Production worker day shift

For our partner in Randers we are now seeking production workers for day shifts either from 06-14 or 7-15. This is a Try & Hire program with a view to permanent employment.

The company specializes in the construction of various concrete facades, where the order book is full and the company is experiencing strong growth. You will become part of a larger community and receive good training - where you all raise the bar together to achieve the best possible piece-rate pay.

In addition you will have access to your own fitness room, changing facilities, canteen, workwear and the accompanying washing service.

The most important thing to be able to hold a position here is that you have your hands properly on and can be responsible for the crew you become part of. You do not need to be a world champion in concrete facade construction - but it is required that you are reliable and are willing to listen in order to understand and learn more about the whole process behind it.

About the positions

We are seeking employees for 2 different shifts either from 6-14 or 7-15. After a tour, you can discuss which shift you find most exciting and relevant to your experience, as well as where the company's needs lie.

Common to all positions is a high degree of freedom with responsibility and good on-the-job training. After completing the Try & Hire program you will enter the productivity bonus (also called the cadence) on equal terms.

Shift 1: Rebar / 06-14 or 7-15

Here you will enter the reinforcement process, where you help insulate and lay reinforcement bars in the casting molds before the concrete facades are produced. In other words, you need to cut, fasten and lay steel bars in the casting molds to reinforce the concrete. It is also a big advantage if you have some ability to read drawings, but not a strict requirement.

Shift 2: Brickwork / 06-14 or 7-15

Here you work with the mounting of brick shells in tile adhesive on horizontal elements and grouting, which at times is done from a lift. The company experiences strong demand for these elements, and it is therefore important that you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering a good finish.

• Advantage with drawing interpretation
• Thrives on using your physical strength at work
• Contributes a good energy to the team
• Speaks and understands Danish
