Production worker day shift

For our partner on the outskirts of Randers, Randstad is looking for various production workers for day shifts either from 05-13, 06-14 or 07-14. The company specializes in concrete facade construction, where the order book is full and the company is experiencing strong growth. So there is a need for more hands on the team!

You will become part of a larger community that together works in teams to achieve the best possible piece-rate pay. In addition, as an employee you will have access to your own fitness room, changing facilities, canteen, workwear and related laundry service. This is a Try & Hire arrangement with a view to permanent employment.

About the positions

We are looking for employees for 3 different teams. After a tour, you can discuss yourself which team you find most exciting and relevant to your experience, as well as where the company's needs lie. Common to all positions is a high degree of freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to become part of a professional production environment at a company in strong growth.

You will have many colleagues who will surely give you good onboarding - after which you will enter the company’s piece-rate pay, also called productivity bonus.

Team 1: Form setter 05-13

You will operate daily in the form setter department where you, together with your crew, are tasked with building wooden molds from drawings. Thereafter you will also take part in the task of filling these molds according to drawings. It is therefore a great advantage if you have experience with drawing interpretation or from a similar position.

Team 2: Rebar binder 06-14

Here you will enter the reinforcement process, where you help insulate and lay reinforcement bars in the casting forms before the concrete facades are produced. In other words, you must cut, fasten and lay steel rods in the casting forms to reinforce the concrete. It is also a great advantage if you have some drawing interpretation in your toolkit but not a definite requirement.

Team 3: Brickwork 06/07-15

Here you work with mounting brick shells in tile adhesive on flat elements as well as grouting, which at times takes place from a lift. The company is experiencing strong demand for these elements, and it is therefore important that you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering a good finish.

Your profile

As mentioned, you do not necessarily need to have experience. However, it is an advantage if you have some form of experience in production and/or general use of tools. You thrive on using the physics of work and bring good energy to the team. In addition, you contribute positively to the community and thrive in a daily routine where you work toward common goals and productivity bonuses. It is also required that you understand Danish.
