Mariendal seeks a trained educator for our nursery

Mariendal is a small homely urban kindergarten / nature kindergarten with its own nursery. We are based in a beautiful old villa on Dronning Olgasvej.

We are seeking a trained educator for 37 hours starting 1 December or by agreement.

In Mariendal there are fantastic physical facilities, good everyday routines where play and time for immersion are prioritized. We are divided into smaller groups throughout the day, but also work closely together in daily life. You will be part of a trusting team collaboration with the other educators and assistants in the room. Here humor and laughter are part of everyday life.

We are a staff group who meet each other with smiles, curiosity and care. You can expect a high degree of responsibility and influence. The work community is strong and there is clarity around tasks and shared goals. Each week you have your own preparation time, but also meet colleagues for sparring about children and the development of our shared pedagogical practice.

Before you start we create a tailored onboarding program for you, to ensure you get the best possible start at Mariendal and quickly gain insight into our culture, pedagogy and practice.
