About the job
Do you want to drive a constructive and trustful collaboration between management and employee representatives in a time of change in Denmark's largest agency? Do you combine tax technical insight, political acumen and a deep understanding of the organization? And can you translate your expertise into clear notes, decision proposals and meeting materials? Then we have a meaningful job for you, where you will face professional challenges, independence in task execution and a strong sense of collegiality.
HR in the Tax Administration is seeking 1-2 colleagues with experience in driving a constructive collaboration between management and employee representatives and supporting the collaboration organization within the agency. The Tax Administration is facing major changes as a result of new technology and AI, work with simplification of rules and task allocation, legal certainty and changed frameworks.
It is crucial that changes take place in dialogue with the employees and their representatives in a way that ensures continued effective and attractive work culture with focus on well-being, legal certainty and openness about mistakes. You must thus support that the Tax Administration's task solving and ongoing development remains a shared project for management and the employees and their representatives.
We place great emphasis on you having strong collaboration skills and being able to create solutions that support and create value for citizens, the organization and the employees. In addition, you should be good at building relationships and be able to function as a sparring partner for the board of directors, stakeholders, managers, employee representatives and employees.
Your tasks
You will be part of a strong professional environment around the interaction with the employee representatives, which among other things is responsible for the following:
- Operations of the Tax Administration's collaboration and working environment organization
- Support for the Tax Administration's constructive contribution to the interaction between management and employee representatives in the Tax Administration, including preparation of meetings in HSU Tax Administration and HAMU.
- Execution of concrete orders from the management, the ministry and other agencies in the form of notes, presentations, speech notes, etc.
- Sparring partner for the agency director and staff manager on the interaction between management and employee representatives.
- Support development and retention of competencies in the short and long term, including specific tax-technical competencies.
- Contribute to the realization of the Tax Administration's ambition to be one of Denmark's very best workplaces in close interaction with the employee representatives.
- Development, operation and follow-up on the Tax Administration's ongoing well-being surveys, including linkage to group-wide measurements.
You will be part of the HR office, which is organizationally anchored in the Tax Administration's Department of Stab. The HR office consists of 16 employees including the office head, who support the Tax Administration's strategic development and retention of the high level of professionalism and ensure a coherent link between values, decisions, initiatives and execution in the HR area. The HR office is part of the Stab in the Tax Administration, which also includes a Directorate Secretariat, Office for Press, Culture and Communication as well as Office for Security and Organization.
About you
You have a relevant higher education or tax-related degree and relevant experience with the interaction between management and employee representatives, including preferably leadership, works council (TR) and/or AMR experience. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the rules and frameworks for collaboration organizations in the central administration, just as it is an advantage if you know the Tax and Growth Ministry's group and tasks.
In addition, you must have drive and initiative and good collaboration skills - both internally and externally. You are used to navigating in a cross-field with pressure from multiple sides, and you thrive with the conditions and decision-making processes in a politically governed organization. You have a high drive and work in a structured way with strategic and business understanding.
You can communicate effectively across the Tax Administration and in projects with many participants and stakeholders, where you actively seek colleagues and other relevant partners to ensure the best possible results for the Tax Administration and the overall group in a way that supports a constructive and trustful collaboration with stakeholders.
Your new workplace
With us you will become part of an informal work environment, where there are both high ambitions and a strong shared focus on well-being and job satisfaction. Everyday life is characterized by freedom with responsibility and a work culture where collaboration and professional sparring are highly prioritized both in the office and across the Stab.
