The role

At MMAKE you will have responsibility for translating the chosen solutions into precise drawing and application materials. You will be the professional who ensures that the material is correct, coordinated and tailored to the concrete task – work thorough enough to create progress, but without unnecessary design work.

You will work closely with our project managers, who have overall responsibility for the projects, and the primary client dialogue. Your responsibility is to deliver the professional material that the project manager will use, and to ensure that authority submissions have the best possible prerequisites for being treated without unnecessary questions or supplementary material.

The role suits you if you take pride in good craftsmanship, have an eye for both detail and the whole, and want to be able to stand behind the quality of what you deliver.

You will among other things be responsible for

• Preparation of application materials and authority submissions via Byg og Miljø. We expect you to have experience with BR18 and the requirements associated with a typical authority project.
• Preparation of drawing materials in Revit – both 2D and 3D – and adjustment of the drawing level and material to the specific task.
• General design/engineering and refinement of existing and new solutions, including understanding of assembly details, materials and how solutions work in practice.

You will also participate in projects across MMAKE’s teams. It requires you to collaborate with different disciplines, deliver your material by agreed deadlines and ensure that the design process can continue without unnecessary stops.

In Revit you will, among other things, work with general extracts such as schedules and quantities, as well as identifying clashes and other factors that are important for the quality of the design.

You will become an important part of the phase where ideas and recommendations must be translated into something that can actually be built. Therefore it is important that you have both an eye for the drawing, the detail and the practical reality on a construction site.

We primarily work with existing properties, so experience with renovation will therefore be a big plus.

We imagine that you are educated in architecture or as a building designer with experience in design. The most important is that you have the desire and competencies within design.
