Job Description

Do you have experience leading IT implementation projects and are you ready to join a leading CRM provider with strong growth ambitions in Europe? Welcome on an exciting journey with Lime!

What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager at Lime you are responsible for driving customer projects that take our clients to new heights. You own the full implementation lifecycle and continuously support customers to ensure they get maximum business value from their CRM investment.

  • Hold meetings and workshops to identify and define customer needs
  • Plan and drive projects in close dialogue with all involved parties, internally and externally
  • Ensure project deliveries and train end-users
  • Advise and guide customers in streamlining their processes and ways of working with Lime CRM as an enabler
  • Perform configurations and tailor technical solutions in collaboration with Lime's application consultants
  • Work proactively with project management, time and quality – always with a focus on customer value and long-term relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings and prospecting

To succeed in this role you work in a structured and goal-oriented way and are comfortable leading projects with the customer at the centre. Understanding the product's possibilities and how new features can strengthen customers' business is key to creating real value. Project durations vary, and you will work with both new implementations and long-term engagements with some of our larger customers, so building strong customer relationships is a central part of the role.

Our Copenhagen office is centrally located near Nørreport and houses a team of 9 colleagues. You will also become part of our broader Expert Services department with about 175 colleagues across Europe. The role involves a fair amount of travel – both to customers and to our other offices. This is a consulting role with individual billing targets.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who combines solid project management experience with a genuine curiosity for technology and a natural ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues.

Here is what we would like to see from you

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • A master's degree in a relevant field
  • A solid fundamental understanding of and experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with IT project management and/or software implementation
  • Strong technical and process-oriented understanding
  • Experience with or a genuine interest in working with AI
  • Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience from a member organization or the utility/energy sector is a plus

You are the type of person who takes responsibility, communicates clearly and genuinely enjoys working with people – whether it is a customer, a colleague, or both at the same time. You like structure, but are not rigid about it. You thrive when you are part of a real team, and you see feedback – both giving and receiving – as a natural part of growing together.

What do we offer?

We keep it modest: we think Lime is a pretty special place to work. Our culture is built on openness, honesty, and genuine care for one another, and this is reflected in everything from how we run projects to how we spend time together outside of work.

Our Copenhagen office is a social place where people genuinely enjoy spending time together. Think local Christmas lunches, group workouts, board game evenings, and after-work. And of course with plenty of coziness. Everyone contributes ideas for social activities, and we would love to have you join in.

What is the process?

We run an ongoing selection process, which means we review applications on a rolling basis until we find the perfect match.

Here's what the journey looks like

  • CV screening
  • Short phone screen
  • Interview
  • A practical case
  • Reference check (digital)
