Project Manager for Renovation Construction with In-House Production

We are looking for an experienced project manager with strong people skills to manage the projects

and ensure quality for the benefit of our customers. Hovedstadens Bygningsentreprise A/S focuses primarily on main contracts within the renovation sector and has in-house production for

roofing - windows and facade renovation. We place great emphasis on high professionalism and quality as well as adherence

to budgets and deadlines.

The job

You will have broad contact surfaces and will communicate and coordinate with the client, subcontractors,

partners and your craftsmen colleagues in production as you manage your projects.

You will be responsible for projects with a contract value of DKK 10 - 50 million, including

initiation and execution of projects toward the final goal.

This requires professional and business competence as well as analytical overview and approach

to the work, combined with perseverance and good negotiation skills. You will be responsible for

ensuring that the collaboration in the project team functions, and that obstacles that arise along the way are handled

constructively and professionally.

You know that you will be most successful if you are detail-oriented and structured in your planning and

have a motivating effect on both subcontractors and the crew on site.

About you

We are looking for a crafts-trained colleague who is likely also educated as a building constructor, and who can:

• work systematically, but also have many balls in the air
• ensure that tasks are delivered in high quality, on time and without defects
• plan and coordinate the projects, including ensuring ordering
• lead employees and understand how to motivate the team around your projects

You have already proven your worth as a project manager over several years and are used to steering projects safely in

achieving goals with a turnover of + 20 million.

In addition, it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of renovation tasks in social housing,

cooperative housing associations and owner associations, municipalities, etc.

As a person we expect you to

• naturally be solution-oriented and take responsibility throughout the process
• have strong competencies within economic construction tasks in in-house production, risk management, target management and process optimization
• be good at communicating with both colleagues and customers
• have a project-oriented approach to all tasks
• be creative and have a professional approach to the craft
• be accustomed to negotiating and collaborating with the client, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors
• have a driving license for a car, and speak, read and understand Danish.
