Water & Environment solves tasks across the country for municipalities, utilities and development companies, which places high demands on our competencies and knowledge. Through integrated consultancy we work cross-disciplinary with our colleagues in infrastructure, construction or architecture. We advise in the entire process from planning and design to supervision and construction management, and offer the right competencies and expertise for every project – all to create more value for our customers.

We are experiencing an increasing influx of projects within pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants, and are therefore seeking a sharp and proactive project manager for our office in either Ørestad or Slagelse. You have knowledge within the water sector and will help ensure that we – in close interaction with the customer and colleagues – cover all aspects of the project and succeed as a team.

We are looking for a project manager who can lead and coordinate our projects professionally in close collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams. Furthermore you will need to ensure effective project management, including planning, resource allocation and reporting.

Your responsibilities

As a project manager you will have a large area of responsibility, which will include everything from planning and organizing projects to ensuring customer satisfaction and financial accountability, identifying and handling risks as well as in time contributing to business development and building customer relationships.

Hereof

• Lead and coordinate projects within pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants with technical insight.
• Ensure optimal project management, including planning, resource allocation and reporting.
• Identify and handle project risks and communicate decisions to the project team, the customer and stakeholders.
• Handle the dialogue with the customer – including contributing to entering into and closing customer agreements.
• Contribute to business development through implementation of sales strategies and building customer relationships.

In addition, we envision that you

• Have a relevant education with a solid technical background, preferably as a mechanical engineer.
• Have +10 years of experience leading and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.
• Have solid experience with project management.
• Have experience in the consulting sector – enough for you to be in control of the different phases of projects and to spot challenges before they arise.
