About the job

As a Project Manager at Pro-Automatic A/S you will be responsible for people, resources and projects. You create the best framework for collaboration, well-being and professional development, while ensuring progress and efficiency in the department's project portfolio. You will have the daily management of the department's 17 project engineers and technical designers.

You will furthermore be the link between sales, design, procurement and production, ensuring that tasks are prioritized correctly and that resources are used optimally.

Your main areas of responsibility

• daily management of the project department
• ensure high well-being, motivation and professional development
• allocation and prioritization of projects and tasks
• capacity planning and resource management
• ensure that projects are completed within agreed quality, time and economy
• handling risks and challenges in the project portfolio
• follow-up on project economics, time consumption and contribution margins
• ensure high delivery reliability to production
• contribute to ongoing optimization of processes and collaboration across the organization.

Your professional and personal qualifications

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education, such as electrical engineer, electrical installer, naval architect or similar. The crucial thing is that you have experience with electrical switchboards, distribution systems or control cabinets, and preferably development of customer-tailored switchboard solutions.

You also have solid experience with leadership and are motivated to create results through others. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the department's employees, maintain technical engagement and prioritize resources in relation to the overall deliveries.
