About the job

As a project manager or technical lead with us, you will become part of our newly established Department of Nature and Biodiversity in Copenhagen, where both professionalism and morale are high and where we every day work to provide our clients with the best possible service.

Your role – your impact

As a project manager you will be responsible for driving your own climate- and low-lying projects, both in connection with preliminary investigations and actual realization projects. You will be the one who keeps the threads together: From dialogue with customers (primarily municipalities), through tendering to assembling the right project team and managing the overall project, so that it reaches a successful conclusion.

You will of course have ongoing opportunities to spar with your immediate supervisor and with skilled colleagues, and you will be able to draw on the full experience and professional knowledge that exists at Artelia.

Your profile

  • You have 5–10 years of experience in, for example, climate/lowland projects or river projects
  • You have solid project management experience and thrive on taking responsibility and ensuring progress
  • You have experience with client contact and proposal writing
  • You have experience in dialogue with public authorities
  • You are proficient in Danish, both written and spoken, at a level that ensures precise and professional communication in reports and in dialogue with authorities and customers.
  • You are structured, independent and good at collaborating – and you can lead and motivate others
  • You may have a degree in engineering, biology or similar, but your education is not the most important. The most important is that you bring a good amount of relevant experience.

Green Tripartite at Artelia

The Department of Nature and Biodiversity is part of the Water & Environment business area at Artelia and consists of dedicated colleagues with high professional standards and a strong project culture. We work on tasks including, among other things, rivers/streams, wetlands, field studies of natural conditions, Annex IV species, protected nature, biodiversity, discharges, recipient assessments, authority applications and much more.

Projects range from simple and small tasks to large and complex multidisciplinary tasks – and we collaborate broadly with both internal and external actors.

Working with Green Tripartite is an exciting business area, and if you are hired as a project manager with us, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on a business area that is in rapid development.

We stay true to our values

We work from – and together with – our values: Quality, Simplicity, Togetherness, Independence and Passion. We operate on the principle of freedom with responsibility, which provides flexibility and balance between work and private life.

Our employee association FOKUS creates the framework for social activities and networks, and we have a running club, a climbing team and quiz evenings, which you are welcome to join from day one.

We offer

  • Many exciting and challenging projects
  • A strong professional network with engaged and competent colleagues
  • A culture in which well-being, collaboration and working conditions are given high priority
  • A dynamic and inspiring environment with ample opportunities for personal development
  • A workplace where freedom with responsibility is a core value
  • Good career opportunities, supported by internal training programs in the Academy, where we teach leadership, project management, BIM and other professional areas
  • Attractive employee benefits including health insurance, employee bonus, lunch scheme, active staff clubs, sports and cultural events, study trips and a competitive salary package.

Are you ready to create responsible solutions with a positive impact on nature and the environment? And would you like to contribute to shaping the historic transformation of the Danish landscape? Then send your application and CV today – we conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and look forward to hearing from you.
