MEDIPRAX is a specialized psychiatric clinic with nationwide activities. The focus here is on high professional quality, accessibility and individually tailored treatment pathways. The clinic works with assessment and treatment of, among other things, ADHD/ADD, autism, OCD, anxiety and depression.

Since MEDIPRAX operates outside insurance agreements, there is freedom to design the treatment based on the patient’s needs. This creates favorable conditions for professional quality and in-depth work in the individual course. The organization consists of psychiatrists and psychologists who work closely in a multidisciplinary environment, where professional sparring is a natural part of everyday life.

The role as a psychiatrist at MEDIPRAX

As a psychiatrist you will have the overarching responsibility for the treatment of your patients. You participate in the diagnostic assessment and the medical treatment, which takes place in collaboration with the clinic's other professionals. You follow the patients through their pathways. At the same time you contribute actively to ensuring a high professional standard in the clinic and to developing treatment methods and working procedures.

You will become a central professional sparring partner for the clinic's other staff and will work closely with psychologists and other professionals to ensure coherent and holistic patient pathways. You will be part of a professionally strong environment, where the focus is on quality, knowledge sharing and ongoing development. Collaboration across disciplines is close, and there is an open and professional culture with room for dialogue and sparring.

The position is flexible and can be adapted to both full-time and part-time. There are good opportunities to structure your own workday, and there are neither shifts nor weekend work, which provides a stable and predictable workday.

Professional profile

You are a specialist in psychiatry and have a solid professional foundation combined with curiosity for ongoing development within your specialty. You are motivated by working in depth with patient pathways and value the opportunity to design the treatment based on clinical assessment rather than fixed standards.

You work independently and make sound professional decisions, while naturally incorporating sparring and interdisciplinary collaboration when it strengthens the quality of the treatment. You have an eye for both the individual and the overall treatment effort, and you actively contribute to creating coherence and a high professional standard in the clinic.

As a person you are calm, trust-building and clear in your communication. You manage to create safe environments for patients and build relationships characterized by respect and professional integrity.
