Kofoedsminde is a nationwide secure 24/7 facility for adults with developmental disabilities who are court-declared. We have 17 secure departments and an open department in Rødbyhavn as well as 2 secure departments on Stevns. With us, we work both professionally ambitious and closely interprofessional – always with the citizen's safety and development in focus.

Your primary task

Your main work will be the preparation of risk assessments (HCR-20v3) . Upon employment we offer certification in the method.

In addition you will work with

• Tasks in the admissions – including reception of new residents as well as a focus on sustainable discharge pathways
• Participation in interdisciplinary treatment team with a focus on complex residents
• Supportive and therapeutic individual counseling
• Debriefing after critical incidents
• Evaluation and testing of residents as needed
• Teaching on internal topic days (eg, mental disorders, trauma understanding, resident cases)
• Participation in – and possibly facilitation of – group programs in KRIGU
• Case supervision and professional support for staff on the departments with basis in HCR-20 and BVC
• Contribution to the development of risk and safety tools , including integration into our social-pedagogical practice

You will report to our head of social care and will have a central professional role, where you work clinically, organizationally and developmentally oriented. You will become part of an interdisciplinary collaboration with the head of social care, health team, admissions, psychiatric medical consultant and development consultants.

General about the position

The position is a permanent full-time role of 37 hours per week .

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.

The working hours are generally Monday–Thursday 08.00–16.00 and Friday 08.00–13.00 , but there is room for dialogue about the arrangement of hours.

You will have tasks at both Kofoedsminde's departments in Rødbyhavn and on Stevns , and therefore you must be prepared to be available at both locations.

Starting salary for employees under the collective agreement

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base pay, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
