About the job

Do you want to help ensure that our products are ready for production?

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented PTA employee, who will take a central role in making our products production-ready.

You will be the link between project, design, procurement and production and will work with both existing products and custom solutions. You will have a varied daily life where technical understanding, structure and attention to detail are important.

Reporting to the operations manager, you will join the PTA team, which is part of the Operations department at Labflex, and take on responsibility for a number of exciting tasks, such as:

Your primary tasks

  • Review customer orders and ensure that the necessary production groundwork is in place.
  • Clarify questions, missing information and any discrepancies with project coordinators and colleagues.
  • Prepare production documentation for custom products, including technical drawings and bills of materials.
  • Reuse existing components and solutions where possible.
  • Create new components and materials for both own production and procurement.
  • Ensure that constructions and solutions are suitable for production and assembly.
  • Prepare, check and release drawings for production.
  • Check and maintain bills of materials.
  • Create and maintain production routings so that the products can be produced correctly and efficiently.
  • Document new standard products as well as maintain existing standard and special products.
  • Ensure correct and consistent master data.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues regarding product-specific questions.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement and project teams on technical clarifications.
  • Participate in development and further development of new products.

Your qualifications

The most important thing is that you enjoy working in a dynamic project environment where things can move quickly, and where your ability to keep an overview makes a difference. You are sharp at balancing your work with several projects at once without losing the overview. In addition we expect that you:

  • Have a technical background, e.g. as a technical designer, production technologist, mechanical engineer or similar.
  • Have experience with technical documentation, drawings and bills of materials.
  • Have an understanding of production processes and assembly.
  • Have experience with or interest in production routings.
  • Have a structured and systematic approach to your tasks.
  • Have good IT skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Can communicate fluently in English both in writing and speaking. German at a good level is an advantage, as part of our collaboration is with German customers and partners.

Your profile

  • Is curious, takes responsibility and engages in your tasks
  • Is independent, engaged, positive and good at collaborating
  • Is technically well-founded and a person who thinks in possibilities and solutions, but at the same time acknowledges the necessity of the routine tasks to get the job done
  • You have a structured approach to problem solving, with focus on details
  • Is quality-conscious in your work and continuously seeks to acquire new knowledge and competences

Labflex offers

  • An exciting and challenging job in a growing organization where you will touch a wide spectrum of exciting tasks together with highly competent colleagues
  • To be part of an ambitious team.
  • A dynamic, busy and informal working environment that offers good opportunities for personal and professional development
  • A full-time position with salary according to qualifications, pension scheme and health insurance
