PTA - Production Technician

MagVenture's core technology, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), is increasingly used for treatment of, among other things, severe depression and OCD. As a global supplier to both research institutions and clinics we are involved in driving the development of new treatment options in neurology and psychiatry. With growing demand and new areas of application such as Parkinson's, PTSD, dementia and rehabilitation MagVenture is on an exciting growth journey.

We are experiencing strong growth and therefore seek a new colleague for our NPI/PTA team, which today consists of seven skilled and dedicated employees.

NPI/PTA is responsible for developing and maintaining the production base, including bills of materials, assembly and test instructions, calibration, and technical support to our production sites in Denmark and Poland. The team also plays a central role in the transition from product development to production and ensures an efficient implementation of new products.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production areas.
• Participate in the assembly of prototype and pilot builds.
• Prepare, maintain and release assembly and test instructions.
• Prepare documentation for ECOs, CAPAs and deviations in collaboration with R&D, RA and QA.
• Train and educate operators in new or updated instructions to ensure an effective implementation.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives focusing on manufacturability, quality, efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Educated electronics technician or equivalent technical background.
• 8-10 years of experience with assembly and test processes, preferably from a regulated industry.
• You are solution- and result-oriented, take responsibility and have a strong drive to get things done.
• You are naturally curious and enjoy working hands-on to build in-depth product knowledge.
• You thrive in cross-functional collaboration with operators, technicians, engineers and other colleagues.
• You are flexible regarding travel between our locations in Farum and Birkerød as well as occasionally our production site in Szczecin, Poland.
• Danish and English in writing and speech.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and document management systems is an advantage.
