The job

We are looking for a person who is passionate about helping to ensure

• That our customers always receive a product of high quality – and on time
• That SIMA INNOVATION constantly develops and improves itself

Quality documentation and projects

• Preparation of quality documentation for customers
• Preparation of production documentation, including: o Production flow diagrams (workflows) o Control plans o FAT documentation o Route cards
• Approval and archiving of documentation from production
• Preparation of CoC (Certificate of Conformity) for selected customers
• Creating labels for pallets and picking lists
• Support for production

Handling of deviations and improvement proposals (CIR)

• Create and process CIR/NCR

o Customer complaints

o Internal and supplier NCR

o Improvement proposals

o Participate in the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle

Audits and compliance

• Planning and execution of internal audits
• Participation in external audits with customers and certification bodies
• Preparation of documentation and organization for external audits

QHSE and management systems

• Preparation and maintenance of procedures, instructions, documents and forms
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems

We imagine that you

• Have experience with quality management, documentation work or QHSE
• Have documented experience with D4
• Have knowledge of ISO-based management systems and audit processes
• Work in a structured way and have attention to detail
• Thrive with both administrative tasks and collaboration across the organization
• Have good IT skills and preferably experience with D4 or similar document management systems
• Can communicate professionally in both Danish and English
