Landsbyen is a well-functioning day-care center with good indoor and outdoor facilities and sound finances. In Landsbyen we manage to create small environments within the large one and are divided into two nursery teams and two kindergarten teams spread over two floors. Our playground is a green oasis in the city with many play environments and opportunities for immersive outdoor activities.

In recent years we have focused on developing our learning environments so that they adapt to the group of children and the individual child, and on organizing ourselves as adults so that it makes the most sense for the children. We use 'may be allowed' messages because we believe that children should be guided and supported in their initiatives and positive intentions.

We are a kindergarten house with a strong interest in pedagogical development. In the coming period we will be curious about reflective practice and mentalization in the pedagogical work.

Landsbyen is part of Nord Klynge K, which consists of four large day-care offerings that place high value on quality, joint professional development, as well as the children’s well-being, development and learning. We have good finances in the cluster, which consists of four large day-care houses and an engaged leadership team with professional ambitions and commitment to the staff and the pedagogical task. We are located at Mandelvej 2 in Copenhagen NV.

Employment terms

The position is 35-37 hours per week with start date December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible. Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. In connection with the appointment we will obtain child care and criminal record certificates and take references.
