You will become part of a very experienced and professionally grounded staff group, and this is reflected in our pedagogical supervision and in Kids' results. We always have a desire to develop and renew ourselves – we work from a new view of children, where we adapt pedagogy to the children's needs and focus on which child life we want to offer Hundredemeterskoven's children. We hope you will contribute to that development.

We work with the Safety Circle and have a strong focus on relationships in Hundredemeterskoven – both the children's and the adults' relationships. In addition to Kids, where we currently have play and physical play zones in focus and are starting up with early childhood brain development, here this autumn.

Who are you?

We are looking for you, who is a trained pedagogue also welcome as a recent graduate. You must be caring, good at forming relationships and working from the needs of the children's group.

It is important that you are outgoing, enjoy participating in professional discussions and will contribute with your professional input and perspectives on our practice. In addition, there is plenty of room for you to contribute with your professional interests and competences, whatever you bring.

About Hundredemeterskoven

We are an integrated day-care institution with three toddler groups and three preschool groups. We live in a lovely house in a quiet residential area close to Amager Strand and the metro station.

We have plus places, which are places for children and families who need extra support and strengthened collaboration. For example, it can be children from families where there is serious illness or other difficulties. It provides an exciting task where we get the opportunity to move closer and make a difference for some families who need it.

At Hundredemeterskoven we have an engaged parent group, a good reputation in the area and a long waiting list.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Before employment we collect references as well as child and criminal record checks.

The position is generally 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible.
