Quality and Development Consultant for the Children's and Youth Homes Fjelleruphus and Damtoften

The Fjelleruphus and Damtoften children and youth homes are seeking a quality and development consultant who can support professional quality, the implementation of new initiatives, documentation practices and organizational development across the offerings. The position is a cross-cutting role with close collaboration with both staff and management.

About the position

As a quality and development consultant you will be a central resource in the work to develop and maintain high professional quality. You will support the implementation of professional methods, quality standards, workflows and documentation practices, and contribute to coordination and follow-up on development initiatives. The position is not part of the fixed pedagogical staffing norming and has no personnel responsibilities.

Your tasks

You will among other things

• Support staff through professional sparring, guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the implementation and anchoring of professional and organizational initiatives.
• Be a superuser in Nexus and support documentation practices.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, instructions and workflows.
• Support inspections, quality development and follow-up on improvement actions.
• Prepare minutes, decision summaries and status materials.
• Contribute to the management's decision basis through follow-up and analysis.
• Coordinate shift planning, staffing and use of temporary coverage within the defined framework.

Employment terms

• 37 hours per week.
• Work location across Fjelleruphus (Ahornvænget 5, 5856 Ryslinge) and Damtoften (Damtoften 2, 5600 Faaborg).
• Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement.
