Quality-focused development consultant

About the position

In this role you will play a central part in translating professional ambitions into daily practice, primarily in the social sector. You will support quality in task execution through teaching, development programs, audits, and work with social and health care documentation in close professional sparring with managers and staff. You will thus have a unique opportunity to work both close to operations and across functions in a role with a large amount of contact.

Your tasks

Your tasks will include among others

• Planning and conducting professional development programs in close collaboration with managers in the social sector.
• Teaching employees in the social sector in medication handling as well as social and health care documentation.
• Conducting social and health care audits in the social sector, including the development of audit materials.
• Supporting the work of preparing and maintaining guidelines and instructions.
• Further developing Nexus and participating in the steering group, work groups and ad hoc programs related thereto.

The position is organizationally anchored in the Secretariat, Social, Health & Care, which is located at Viborg City Hall. A large part of your workday, however, will take place at the social sector’s facilities. The head of the Secretariat, Social, Health & Care will be your immediate supervisor, but a substantial part of daily task sparring will take place in collaboration with the management of the social sector.

Your profile

It is essential that you have

• a health-care background, for example as a nurse
• practical experience with project and process management as well as planning and implementing development activities and training
• knowledge of and experience from the social sector
• experience from the municipal sector in terms of quality assurance and professional documentation is a necessity.
• experience with secretariat support
• strong drive and good communication skills in both written and spoken language.

Salary and employment terms

Salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented professional experience, and your professional and personal qualifications.
